Judith OngFinance Administrator/Office Assistant
Born and raised in Singapore, Judith moved to Dunedin, New Zealand, with her family in 2001. She studied at University of Otago and obtained a Bachelor of Science (majoring in Psychology) in 2013. Not having gotten enough of studying, she moved to Wellington in 2014 to pursue a law degree at Victoria University of Wellington.
Being fluent in both English and Mandarin, Judith finds great satisfaction in conversing and assisting non-native speakers of English whenever and wherever she can. A high attention to detail and being an organisational junkie are her greatest assets everywhere she goes.
In her free time, Judith enjoys watching and playing sports such as cricket, rugby, soccer, basketball and tennis. Never one to shy away from having a yarn on all things sports, she welcomes anyone to start a conversation with her. Just be prepared for it to go on for hours! She also enjoys reading autobiographies, biographies and crime novels as well as playing and writing music. Judith is very involved in her church, serving in the worship team and leading a life group. These have enabled her to discover an extroverted side to her introverted nature.
Being the newest addition to the team at Immigration Centre, Judith is willing and ready to learn as much as she can from some of the best in the business.
