Immigration New Zealand has advised that their drop-in centre in central Auckland will be closed by the end of 2018.

The drop-box at the Queen Street branch will also be closing, but a drop-box at Manukau will remain available.

Here at Immigration Centre, people often confuse our office with Immigration New Zealand and come for public enquiries or to drop applications.
Please note, we are not affiliated with Immigration New Zealand and can only assist clients with applications, as licensed advisers.

Public Enquiries to INZ

The customer counter service at Level 4, 280 Queen St is still open, but will close by the
end of 2018. Information will be provided about the closing date once this is confirmed.

 

Drop Box Service

The drop box service at Level 4, 280 Queen St is still open, but will close by the end of
2018.
Another drop box service is now available on the ground floor of 20 Amersham Way,
Manukau between the hours of 7.30am and 5.30pm, and will remain open beyond 2018.
This will replace the Queen St drop box.
